*Changes: it is not necessary to redo the logo or present a new logo, only minor changes in design details or color are valid as changes.

*²Brand Manual: this is the visual identity manual, a technical document that includes all versions of the logo, with recommendations for the correct use of the logo, various standards, maximum and minimum dimensions, ways of using it on various backgrounds, pantones, backgrounds, watermarks, etc.

It must be accompanied whenever the logo is sent to merchandisers, printers, events... so that it can be used correctly and in a way that suits the image of the company, brand, person or entity that owns the logo.

*³Urgency fee
- When placing an order, if the deadline is not met, the customer receives the total amount paid - referring to the urgency fee - the urgency fee excludes changes, if not indicated by the customer in good time, as well as the deliberate delay in order to recover the amount paid for the respective urgency fee.
- The urgency fee is requested so that we can work overtime and, if necessary, postpone other jobs so that yours can be completed within the stipulated working time.

*⁴Please note that in the process of designing any graphic element (flyers, cards, magazines...) if a ready-made logo is not included, sent by the client without the need for a vector, its creation or vectorization will be charged according to the rates indicated in the price list.

Any other service not included in the price list is subject to quotation.

Conditions:
50% payment for the total amount approved or quoted.
In the case of an hourly service, payment of the minimum amount stipulated for minimum hours.
100% payment for sending files.

Briefing - compulsory to complete - equivalent to a contract, only valid for advance payment of 50% of the total amount charged or quoted.
